My life is so stinkin’ BORING! Seriously, though; nothing “special” or “important” or “life-changing” has happened to me lately. I think the last really cool thing that happened to me was when I got a callback from AMTC. But I think I’ve already told y’all about that. If not, oh well. I have to write an article on Saint Patrick’s Day for the newspaper, so I need my brain to function properly. And for that to happen, I can’t write too much mind-numbing stuff about my life that’s just about as interesting as a sack of potatoes. But I didn’t want to just leave my devoted fans in the dust. All five of y’all.
So, Hayden hasn’t has a real conversation with me in about a month. But my friend Sydney (who is also friends with Hayden) is really bugging the both of us about how we’re going to get married and that we need to make sure to thank her for that. Yeah, right. Whatever you wanna believe, Sydney. We did, however, previously have a pep rally at school, and Sydney forced me and Hayden together. See, the rally was in seventh period, and I didn’t have any of my good friends that I could sit with in that class. Well, except for Sydney and Rena, but Rena is in the band, so she didn’t even go to Health that day because she had to set up in the gym. ANYWAY… So I sat with Sydney. But she has a boyfriend who came to sit with us, but not before Hayden came over! Actually, Sydney made him come and sit with us, and when he went to sit next to her, she apparently told him to sit next to me, because next thing I know, the guy I have a humongous crush on is sitting not two inches away from me! Then I just had to make myself look a retard when I started hitting my legs to the beat of the drums. And then I cheered my head off, like you’re supposed to at a pep rally, and I could swear that Hayden would look over at me every so often with a “What are you doing?” kind of face. Then I realized that I was sitting in between Douglas, my best guy friend, and Hayden, so I was stuck. And Douglas knows that I like Hayden, as does Hayden, but what Douglas doesn’t know is that Hayden and I went out for about three days in October. So anyway, the pep rally was quite awkward for me. And then we get on the bus (that’s the only time I ever get to talk to Hayden) and Hayden starts talking to Douglas about how loud I was and how stupid I looked! And he was even doing a really lame impersonation of me! And Douglas being Douglas, he cracked up right along with Hayden!
So yeah, I took it WAY out of proportion that day; like, I got super excited, but it was nothing. But Sydney still bugs me and Hayden about how we need to make sure that we invite her to our wedding because she was the one that got the ball rolling! Whatever! But anyway, now I HAVE to write that article so I won’t put if off until tomorrow have to write both tomorrow night. That would suck! So… PEACE OUT HOME SCOUTS!
